The Global Entrepreneurs Training Institute (GETI Campus) was opened on Saturday, February 7, at the Neurogenesis Auditorium, Homagama, marking a significant step in strengthening Sri Lanka’s practical education and entrepreneurial development sector.
Deputy Minister Sunil Watagala was present among the distinguished audience, along with educators, professionals, and invited dignitaries.
GETI Campus is led by Dr. Kuma Iddamallena, Managing Director and Leadership and Personality Training Specialist, widely recognized for pioneering workshop-based personality development, English language, and positive thinking programmes in Sri Lanka. He has trained millions of individuals locally and internationally through practical, results-oriented methodologies.
Also present at the event were Director – Strategic Planning, Sanjeewa Nawaratne, and Director and Psychologist, Dr. Dananjaya, representing the Homagama HQI, along with many other distinguished guests.
GETI Campus will initially offer certificate-level programmes in areas such as Counselling Psychology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design, and Public Speaking, with clearly defined pathways leading up to postgraduate and doctoral levels.
The institute operates under the guiding philosophy: “Personality is the best certificate to pass all tests in life,” with a strong focus on developing capable professionals locally and contributing to national progress.
