JXG triumphs with Best Management Practices Company Awards 2025 by CPM Sri Lank

JXG (Janashakthi Group) was honoured with the Best Management Practices Company (BMPC) 2025 Award for the Diversified Group of Companies. The award ceremony, organized by the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka), was held recently to recognise the entities for their commitment to business sustainability and growth through the leveraging of effective management strategies.

JXG’s reception of the BMPC Award endorses the group’s efforts to elevate workplace productivity, having established a thriving workplace culture by implementing a series of a coordinated, highly impactful initiatives.

With the Group's relocation to Mireka Towers, JXG implemented an open office model as an effective means of integrating hybrid work with collaboration hubs specifically designed to elevate employee engagement and productivity.
