Cinnamon Life Presents “Dancing through the Decades” this New Year’s Eve

This 31st December, the city’s heartbeat will be at one address — Cinnamon Life, the Entertainment Capital of Colombo — where the Lumina Ballroom transforms into a glittering time machine for “Dancing through the Decades”, an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration that promises to keep you grooving well into 2026!

Hosted by the ever-charming Kumar de Silva, this one-of-a-kind soirée takes guests on a vibrant journey through music’s greatest eras, from the electric 80s to the rhythmic 90s and iconic 2000s. It is nostalgia with a neon twist, where disco balls meet digital beats and timeless classics collide with fresh sounds.

Headlining the night is the legendary Sohan Weerasinghe, whose commanding stage presence will set the tone for an evening bursting with rhythm and flair. Sharing the spotlight are some of Sri Lanka’s most celebrated performers — powerhouse diva Corrine Almeida, the effortlessly smooth Geoffrey Fernando, the ever-energetic Clifford Richard, musical genius Rukshan Perera, the dynamic Damian Wikramatillake, and dazzling Falan Andrea, who brings a new-age edge to the lineup. Together, they will deliver a spectacular set list that transcends generations.
