It is reported that it has been decided to remove the head coach of the Bangladesh team, Chandika Hathurusingha, from the post after the second and final Pakistan-Bangladesh Test match to begin on August 30.
Although Hathurusingha's current contract runs until the 2025 Champions Cup, it is reported that this decision has been taken by the new chairman of the country's cricket board, Farooq Ahmed.
Farooq Ahmed has said the last after discussing Hathurusingha's future with other members of the Bangladesh Cricket Board.
Farooq Ahmed has further stated that Bangladesh can find a better coach than Hathurusingha.
